    Walk in rooms from Apollo offer a wide range of features and benefits to perfectly meet the requirements of stability testing. Dimensions are completely filled in for the customer. Examples like food & beverage, cosmetics, material testing and many other application areas we can deploy this solution for.<\/p>\n

    Perfect test conditions are maintained in a wide temperature range from 10\u00b0C to 60\u00b0C and relative humidity from 20% to 98% RH. In the pharmaceutical industry, our walk-in chambers are suitable for long-term and accelerated stability testing as specified in the ICH Q1A (R2) for new drugs and pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n

    In addition to our mass-produced furnaces, we are also very strong in custom furnaces. We can provide a solution completely tailored to your application.<\/p>\n

    For example, this could be an automated oven or a simpler conveyor oven. Belt ovens are most efficient when they are incorporated into an automated production process and can be loaded and unloaded by a robotic arm, for example. In situations where the belt is loaded and unloaded manually, additional options may be of interest, such as a sensor with warning lamp or buzzer as well as a buffer zone on the input or output side so that the oven can operate longer without the intervention of an employee.<\/p>\n

    Air circulation ovens are ovens in which one or more fans cause the air in the oven to circulate; the fan draws air from the oven space and pulls it past heating elements, warming the air. Then the heated air is blown back into the oven chamber through a double wall over the products in the oven.<\/p>\n

Apollo has been developing customized cleaning and cooling rooms with temperature control for many years. “Walk-in” is a European term used to refer to large, “walk-in” cleaning, cooling and freezing areas.
